Each person who is registered with Gipo is considered a user. It is possible to inactivate users so that others can be registered without the need to purchase new licenses. The free plan has no user limit. The Starter and Business plans have a minimum number of 2 users when hiring.

Can I take a free trial before subscribing?

Yes, absolutely. In fact, we encourage everyone to take the test before signing. When creating a new account, a 30-day trial period will automatically begin. At the end of the period, you can continue using Gipo on the free plan.

What are the Gipo payment methods?

For monthly payment, we are currently only working with credit cards. For annual payment we have the option of bank slip.

How do I cancel my account?

Cancellation is very simple. Go to configuration area of your account and then click cancel.

How do I migrate my Starter/Business plan to Free?

Through the settings area Gipo account it is possible to downgrade your plan. Please note, however, that Starter and Business plan features that were available on your plan will be blocked.

Do I receive a tax document with each monthly payment?

Of course. When subscribing to the Premium plan, you will provide some information to issue a service invoice. It will always be sent after payment confirmation. You can provide the data of a legal or natural person.
