Each person who is registered with Gipo is considered a user. It is possible
to inactivate users so that others can be registered without the need to
purchase new licenses. The free plan has no user limit. The Starter and
Business plans have a minimum number of 2 users when hiring.

For monthly payment, we are currently only working with credit cards. For annual payment we have the option of bank slip.
Cancellation is very simple. Go to configuration area of your account and then click cancel.
Through the settings area Gipo account it is possible to downgrade your plan. Please note, however, that Starter and Business plan features that were available on your plan will be blocked.
